They recruit within lucrative manufacturing industries in the US, with average fees of 25k USD.

The business is opening its first satellite office in the US in 2025, and there will be relocation opportunities.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Work with an international client base to understand their hiring needs & problems
- Advertise roles and create engaging strategies to attract top talent
- Interview candidates to match their skills to exciting opportunities
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Bring on new business and grow your niche patch
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or recruitment experience preferred
- A strong desire to work hard & succeed
- Someone social and ambitious
